Magnetizing a Soft Iron Bar with the Strong Permanent Bar magnet

1. When Strong Permanent Bar magnet is away, all tiny magnetic dipoles in Fe are
   oriented in different directions, with out any alignment

2. When Strong Permanent Bar magnet approaches closely, all tiny magnets align 
   in the same direction of the Permanent magnet so that all S-pole directed towards
   the N-Pole
